The site
Planremit is a free research tool: a checker that reads a plan's own public DOL filings for late participant contributions. Nothing on this site is for sale, there is no account to create, and no payment is ever requested. It is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy or availability.
Not legal or tax advice
This site is independent research, not legal or tax advice, and using it creates no attorney-client or advisor-client relationship of any kind. It reads a plan's own public Form 5500 and Schedule H filings and reports what they say; it does not review a plan's actual compliance program, does not account for facts outside those public filings, and never calculates or displays a dollar exposure for a specific plan. Decisions about a plan's obligations should be made with qualified counsel or a tax professional, not from this site alone.
The underlying data
The checker's data comes from the DOL's own public EFAST2 bulk filing data, which is self-reported by plans and their sponsors. Each result page shows the dataset date it was built from. A stale or incomplete filing on the DOL's side will produce a stale or incomplete result here; this site has no way to correct or verify what a plan has filed. See /method for the dataset's own known limits.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose: looking up a plan's own public late-deposit history. No attempts to scrape, overload, or probe the site beyond normal use, and no automated bulk querying.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Planremit and the people who built it are not liable for any decision made in reliance on this site, including any cost, penalty, or compliance failure that follows from it. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow limiting.
Changes
Content on this site, including the underlying dataset and the regulatory pages, may be updated at any time without notice as the DOL's data, the applicable law, or the underlying pipeline changes.
